Job summary

Robinhood is expanding its Advisor Services team with a Relationship Manager role based in Clearwater, FL and Westlake, TX. You will serve financial advisors, understand their business, and drive growth on the Robinhood platform through proactive support and education.

The role emphasizes hands-on relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional client service. In-person attendance is expected at least 3 days per week in our offices, with a focus on driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in the financial sector.
• SIE required, Series 7 preferred.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Advisor platforms and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our firms, understanding their business and needs.
• Educate Advisors on platform changes and upcoming roadmap.
• Leverage CRM and internal tools to identify signals and translate into actions.
• Regularly meet with firms virtually or in person to deepen relationships.
• Advocate internally for firms and escalate issues to drive platform improvements.
