Deepgram is hiring a Director, GTM Engineering to own the systems, data, automation, and technical infrastructure powering our go-to-market org. This builder-leader role sits at the intersection of GTM, Product, Engineering, and Finance and supports the full commercial lifecycle from pre-sales to renewal.

You'll start with a small team, set the architecture and roadmap, and scale leverage through automation before adding headcount. Innovation and fast iteration are valued here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading GTM Engineering, RevOps or Sales Ops.
• Production-quality software engineering experience.
• Track record designing and shipping production systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, security, governance.
• Hands-on with CRM, CPQ, APIs and data.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows.
• Strong product instincts to translate problems into solutions.
• Technical credibility with GTM leaders.
• Experience partnering with Data teams on governance and data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with pipeline, forecasting, and quote-to-cash data.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech ecosystem across CRM, CPQ, forecasting tooling, data infrastructure, integrations, automation, and internal tooling.
• Serve as technical product leader for GTM systems and partner with Engineering.
• Set engineering standards for GTM systems incl. security, governance, testing, observability, access controls, documentation, production deployment.
• Build AI-native workflows and internal tools to reduce manual work and improve pipeline management.
• Design secure-first automation and break workflows into steps.
• Build systems and data foundation connecting commercial lifecycle.
• Partner with Head of Data Intelligence to build governed data foundation.
• Own infrastructure behind forecasting and GTM execution including CRM workflows and data quality.
• Lead GTM partnership on usage, metering and billing; define requirements and build-vs-buy.
• Lead GTM Engineering as player-coach with small team.
