Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply is seeking an on-site E‑Commerce Content Merchandiser to organize and optimize product content and improve the customer journey. The role collaborates with the eCommerce Project Manager, Customer Service, and Marketing to drive traffic and conversions across our NetSuite ERP and website.

With 2–4+ years in eCommerce merchandising, you’ll craft compelling product content, analyze data, and ensure accurate product presentations while supporting SEO and user experience

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in eCommerce listing, content creation or merchandising.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of archery products and outdoors community.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Clear writing and effective verbal communication.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and basic HTML.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and analyze product upsells and cross-sells based on seasonality and sales performance.
• Curate additional buying options on product pages to improve sell-through rates.
• Write and populate SEO/AEO/GEO-optimized content for product pages to stand out.
• Analyze site-search data and refine product names, keywords, attributes, and filters.
• Enrich product data and map it to improve filtering and faceting.
• Reduce zero-search-results by crafting tailored search solutions.
• Populate and organize detailed product Specifications in NetSuite ERP.
• Develop persuasive content for product listing pages in line with merchandising strategy.
• Perform QA on product titles, descriptions, imagery, and presentation.
