Lancaster Archery Supply is seeking an on-site E‑commerce Content Merchandiser to organize and optimize product content, enhance the online shopping experience for archers worldwide, and collaborate across Marketing and Customer Service. You will populate data in NetSuite and drive conversions through curated product presentations.

The role emphasizes content creation, SEO-conscious writing, and data-driven merchandising to improve searchability and product discovery for customers globally.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in an eCommerce role focused on product listing, content creation, or merchandising.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of archery products and outdoors/archery community.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, including writing and speaking.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and basic HTML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, document, and analyze upsells and cross-sells based on seasonality and sales data.
• Curate additional buying options on product pages to improve inactive item sell-through.
• Write and populate SEO/AEO/GEO-optimized content for product pages.
• Analyze site-search data to optimize on-site search and improve discoverability.
• Enrich product attributes to enhance filtering and faceting.
• Populate detailed product Specifications in NetSuite for the web shop.
• Develop persuasive content for product listings aligned with merchandising strategy.
• Perform QA on titles, descriptions, imagery, and presentation.
