Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager to run a high-volume, fast-paced games room featuring arcade games, VR, laser tag, and bumper cars. You will drive sales, oversee a full prize center, analyze payouts, and train a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical proficiency, and hands-on oversight of daily game operations, merchandising, and reporting to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

1-2 years of management experience.
Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel.
Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus.
