Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center seeks an Arcade Supervisor to join a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will work with the Arcade Manager to drive sales, manage the prize center, analyze payouts, and train team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is energetic, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. Responsibilities include scheduling, recruiting, training on POS, service protocols, and maintaining

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisor experience.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel.
• Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creating an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests.
• Achieve arcade and attraction sales
• Ensure redemption store inventory levels and displays are in line with company standards
• Prepare and manage team member schedules and assignments of specific duties
• Assist in recruiting and hiring team members
• Developing and overseeing employee training on POS, service protocols, and operational standards throughout the location
