Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Myrtle Beach is seeking an Arcade Manager to run our high-volume, fast-paced games area. You will oversee operations of arcade games, VR, laser tag and bumper cars, drive sales, manage a prize store, and analyze payouts to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will hire, train and supervise hourly staff, review reports in Excel, and implement training that supports guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel.
• Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus.
