Loyola Marymount University’s Academic Resource Center seeks a Programs Coordinator for Research and Academic Engagement to support student-facing programs and ARC services in Los Angeles. You will help plan learning communities, workshops and events, assist in tutor training, and manage scheduling and intake for students seeking time management and study-skills coaching.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Three years of related job experience.
• Experience at a college/university learning center is essential.
• Exemplary communication skills evidenced by ability to prepare reports and executive summaries.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate planning and support student learning communities, workshops and events.
• Support ARC resources development and marketing efforts (webpages, newsletters, social media).
• Oversee ARC scheduling, budgeting and data management, and assist with assessment rollout.
