Job summary

SavATree in Carmel, IN is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations. You will make outbound sales calls, generate leads, create proposals, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars while delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle payments, manage the customer database, and assist Sales Arborists with paperwork and training activities. A strong eye for detail and basic office software skills help you thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment that

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional phone manner.
• Experience with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars and POS/payments processing.
• Provide world-class customer service on inbound/outbound calls.
• Administer customer database and maintain records.
• Support Sales Arborists with paperwork and training.
• Participate in coaching sessions for training and quality.
