SavATree LLC is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations in Mountainside, NJ. You will make outbound calls, create proposals, schedule appointments, and maintain customer records while delivering excellent service.

This fast‑paced role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and growth within a nationwide tree and lawn care company. You should have an associate degree or higher, solid communication skills, and experience with sales operations and office software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional phone manner.
• 2+ years of outbound calling and sales/marketing experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet, and databases (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, payroll, HR, benefits, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars and CRM records.
• Provide world‑class customer service on inbound calls.
• Build rapport with customers and process payments.
• Administer the customer database and keep records accurate.
• Complete paperwork and support Sales Arborists.
• Participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training.
