Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking an Arborist Assistant in Carmel, Indiana to support sales and branch operations. You will make outbound calls, create proposals, and schedule appointments while maintaining excellent customer service and accurate records.

You will also assist with payments and database management as part of a collaborative team. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, an associate degree or higher, and experience with sales or marketing.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
2+ years outbound calling or sales experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AR/AP/Payroll/HR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
Maintain multiple sales calendars and admin records.
Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls and process payments.
Build rapport with customers and administer the customer database.
Complete paperwork and support Sales Arborists; participate in coaching sessions.
