SavATree in Ogden, UT is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations. You will make outbound calls, create proposals, schedule appointments, and manage sales calendars to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You’ll deliver world-class service on inbound calls, build rapport with customers, process payments, and maintain accurate records. This fast-paced, collaborative role offers growth opportunities and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
• Experience with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet, and database systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls and generating leads.
• Creating proposals and scheduling customer appointments.
• Maintaining multiple sales calendars.
• Providing world-class customer service on inbound calls.
• Building rapport with customers and processing payments.
• Administering the customer database and maintaining accurate records.
• Completing paperwork efficiently and supporting Sales Arborists.
• Participating in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support.
