Job summary

SavATree Uintah is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations. The role includes making outbound sales calls, generating leads, creating proposals, and scheduling customer appointments.

You will manage calendars, provide excellent customer service on inbound calls, handle payments, and maintain the customer database while supporting Sales Arborists. This fast-paced, collaborative position offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
• 2+ years outbound calling and sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems.
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits.
• Strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars.
• Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls.
• Build positive rapport with customers and process payments.
• Administer the customer database and maintain accurate records.
• Complete paperwork efficiently and support Sales Arborists.
• Participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support.
