Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to join the Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) unit in the U.S. The role centers on ARB and ARM, driving billing transformation and end-to-end revenue management across Q2-Cash workflows.

You will design high-impact demos, map migration paths from legacy CPQ/Billing to ARM/ARB, and mentor other engineers while collaborating with Account Executives and product teams to shape future billing roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or tech revenue operations in High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications.
• Deep ARB & ARM knowledge; familiarity with CPQ/Billing legacy.
• Understanding of migration from legacy CPQ/Billing to ARM/ARB.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and ERP integrations.
• Experience presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing & ARM: primary technical specialist for ARB across TMT accounts.
• Deliver End-to-End Demos anchored in ARB monetization.
• Architect migration pathways from legacy platforms to ARM/ARB.
• Guide monetization strategy with subscription, usage-based pricing, licensing.
• Bridge revenue recognition rules to ERP integrations and platform designs.
• Mentor Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM best practices.
