Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications unit in the U.S. You will serve as ARB domain authority and lead presales across the ARM suite, driving billing transformation and end-to-end revenue lifecycle.

You will design high-impact demos, guide migration paths from legacy CPQ and Billing to modern ARB/ARM architectures, and mentor teammates while partnering with Account Executives to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or technical revenue ops in High Tech/Media/Telecom.
• Deep ARB/ARM knowledge; familiarity with CPQ and legacy billing tools.
• Understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and revenue recognition impact on billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing & ARM support as ARB expert for TMT accounts.
• Deliver end-to-end demos and POCs tied to ARB monetization.
• Architect migration paths from legacy CPQ/Billing to ARM/ARB.
• Guide monetization strategies including usage-based pricing.
• Bridge revenue accounting rules to platform design and ERP integrations.
• Mentor Solution Engineers and represent customer needs to Product.
