Job summary

Social Factor is seeking US-based or UK-based moderators with strong Arabic language expertise to work on project-based, temporary, or part-time roles. The role focuses on building and maintaining vibrant digital communities for well-known brands, with flexible scheduling including 24/7 shifts.

Candidates should have native Arabic skills, familiarity with social platforms, and prior moderation experience. Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice and engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, mirroring voice of brands.
• Strong multitasking and ability to follow workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and moderate digital communities for various brands as opportunities arise.
• Engage with users in real-time, answering questions and guiding discussions.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across platforms and campaigns.
