Job summary

Social Factor seeks talented moderators with Arabic language experience for project-based, part-time, or temporary work. The role focuses on developing digital communities for global brands, engaging users in real-time, and maintaining brand voice across platforms.

Prior moderation experience and knowledge of major platforms are required, with Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social experience a plus. Roles are flexible, with some projects 24/7.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature and slang.
• Ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
