Job summary

Social Factor is seeking moderators with native Arabic language skills to work on project-based, temporary or part-time gigs. Flexible schedules and some 24/7 shifts suit early birds or night owls. Open roles for US-based or UK-based moderators, with English and Indonesian language requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice and accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands.
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach.
• High energy with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, growing organization.
• Knowledge of major social platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and engaging in discussions and troubleshooting.
• Follow brand voice guidelines and ensure consistent moderation across channels.
