Social Factor is seeking moderators with native Arabic language skills to manage and grow digital communities for well-known brands. The role supports English and Arabic moderation on a project-based, temporary, or part-time basis with flexible schedules that may include 24/7 shifts.

Candidates should understand local culture and brand voice, and have prior social media moderation experience. Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Ability to mirror brand voice and engage users appropriately.
• Experience in social media moderation; live stream moderation a plus.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with clear workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Engage with users in real-time, answering questions and guiding conversations.
• Follow client brand voice and guidelines to maintain consistency.
