Job summary

Social Factor is seeking US- or UK-based Arabic language moderators for project-based, temporary or part-time work. The role focuses on developing strong, growing digital communities for well-known brands, with some roles available 24/7 and flexible schedules to fit different lifestyles.

You will monitor conversations, follow brand voice guidelines, work with platforms like YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and may use Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• PC with Windows 10 and macOS 12.x; internet speed of 150 Mbps.
