You'll work with 24/7 shifts as needed, enjoy flexible schedules, and help brands listen, reach, and respond. Prior moderation experience and platform know-how (Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social) are pluses.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang
• Able to mirror brand voice & engage with users

Responsibilities

• Moderate social media communities for multiple brands
• Interact with users in real-time and troubleshoot issues
