Job summary

Social Factor is seeking talented moderators for Arabic language projects on a flexible, part-time basis. Work can be 24/7, with opportunities for English and Indonesian language moderation across major brands.

Remote, project-based engagements are available for US-based or UK-based applicants, with a focus on fast, accurate social interaction and brand voice alignment. Ideal candidates bring native Arabic, strong social moderation experience, and familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands).
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates).
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach.
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts.
• Knowledge of and experience with major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
• Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
