Social Factor seeks moderators with native Arabic language skills to build and nurture digital communities for major brands. This project-based, part-time role offers flexible schedules, including 24/7 coverage.

Moderators will work in English and Arabic to engage users and maintain brand voice. Applicants should have prior social media moderation experience; live stream moderation is a plus, with Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of Arabic language culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to mirror brand voice.
• Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social is a plus.

• Moderate digital communities for brands, developing strong, growing spaces.
• Engage with users in real-time, answering questions and guiding discussions.
• Mirror voice/tone of multiple brands across platforms.
• Follow clear guidelines and workflows to ensure consistent moderation.
