Doeren Mayhew is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Supervisor for our Corporate Accounting and Finance Department in the Troy, Michigan office. You will oversee day-to-day AR operations, strengthen controls, and support month-end close in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings 4–5 years of AR supervisor experience, proficiency in Excel (SAGE 100 a plus), and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in accounting is a plus.
• 4–5 years of relevant Accounts Receivable Supervisor experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume, multi-entity offices.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with SAGE 100 is a plus.
• Experience in a CPA firm or professional services is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and strengthen accounting controls, procedures and workflows.
• Oversee high-volume AR operations including payment applications and memos.
• Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead reconciliation of client sub-ledger accounts and aging reviews.
• Coordinate AR activities for month-end and year-end close.
• Supervise, train and support AR staff; provide feedback for development.
• Collaborate with Controller and other teams on special projects.
