Mood Media seeks an AR Supervisor to lead a North America team of 5+ Collections/AR Specialists. You’ll set schedules, monitor performance, and escalate issues per process. The role focuses on cash goals, accuracy in Oracle, and coaching for sustained results.

This is a hands-on supervisor position requiring strong experience in B2B collections, team leadership, and ERP systems. On-site role in Fort Mill, SC with responsibilities across the AR function.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B collections end-to-end: promises to pay, payment plans, disputes, write-offs.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team and manage daily cadence.
• Strong analytical skills to review aging, notes, and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5+ Specialists daily: schedule, approach, and coaching.
• Lead daily cadence: huddles, worklist reviews, end-of-day checks.
• Monitor standards daily: live contacts, promises kept, disputes.
• Review weekly quality: sample notes, reason codes, corrections.
