Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable (A/R) on the CAS team to lead AR operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will drive cash application accuracy, oversee reconciliations, and coach hourly staff while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a lead or supervisor role (1–2+ years).
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Solid understanding of AR, cash applications, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to train and develop a team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee AR operations: cash application, reconciliations, collections, and process improvements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the AR team.
• Address performance issues and coach the team.
• Monitor AR aging, resolve disputes, and report on collections.
• Serve as primary contact for internal customers (Finance, Sales, Operations).
• Ensure workflow tasks are tracked and completed daily.
• Collaborate with management and agents to promote innovation and inclusion.
