Job summary

Everflow Supplies Inc. in Carteret, NJ is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR function, ensure timely cash posting and accurate invoicing, and drive improvements in collections and DSO while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will coach a team, partner with Sales, Customer Service and Finance, and help guide month-end close and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years AR experience including collections and cash posting.
• 2+ years supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and month-end closing.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily AR activities including cash application, collections, and reconciliations.
• Coach AR team and support professional growth.
• Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies.
• Post payments, credits, adjustments timely per procedures.
• Investigate payment disputes and maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance to resolve issues.
• Establish AR KPIs and report aging trends.
• Assist month-end closing and audit documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Support credit risk monitoring and special projects.
