Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable or related field.
• 2 years of team leadership or management experience.
• Experience with large ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash application and adjustment entries in two AR systems.
• Supervise a team of AR specialists (8 members).
• Coordinate with Collections and ERP teams on processes and improvements.
• Prepare AR reconciliations and weekly/periodic reports.
• Ensure SOX narratives and controls are up to date.
