Job summary

Rollins, Inc. seeks a Commercial Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a team of AR specialists focused on collections, account resolution, and billing support. The role drives aging reductions, cash flow, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

The supervisor coaches staff, ensures adherence to policies, and partners with Branch Operations, Region Leaders, and Billing to optimize performance and service levels. Strong leadership and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Commercial Collections experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of AP billing portals (e.g. Coupa, Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Accounts Receivable Specialists.
• Monitor aging, collection effectiveness, and key performance metrics.
• Resolve complex customer disputes and unapplied payments.
• Collaborate with branches, sales, operations, and billing to remove barriers to payment.
• Identify process improvements and participate in system enhancements.
• Prepare and present performance updates to management.
