Job summary

Atelier 4, LLC seeks a Junior Accountant (Accounts Receivable) in Charlotte, NC to manage invoicing, collections, and AR tasks. The role supports month-end close and reporting, working with ERP/CRM systems including NetSuite.

Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential for handling high-net-worth client accounts. Qualifications include 2+ years in finance, an associate or bachelor degree, and comfort with proprietary software.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Bookkeeping preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, bookkeeping, or accounting roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/CRM platforms; Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collections & Receivable Management: draft past-due communications and contact clients to secure payments.
• Recurring Revenue Processing: invoice and collect for recurring revenue streams, e.g., art storage.
• Vendor Payables Support: review and process vendor bills in NetSuite.
• Dispute Resolution: investigate discrepancies with operations and finance teams.
• Audit & Reporting Assistance: prepare docs for external audits and organize AR materials.
• Period-End Support: assist with month-end and year-end closing.
