Atelier 4, LLC, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, invites applications for a Junior Accountant (Accounts Receivable). The role focuses on AR, invoicing, and collections within a fast-paced, niche art logistics environment, supporting transparency in financial reporting and timely cash flow.

The ideal candidate has an associate's or bachelor's in accounting and at least two years of corporate finance or bookkeeping experience; strong Excel/ERP skills; and experience with NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Bookkeeping preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Strong MS Office/Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.
• Oracle NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI or machine-learning accounting automation tools is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Collections & Receivable Management: Draft standard correspondence for past-due accounts, identify delinquent accounts via regular file reviews, and contact clients to secure payments.
• Recurring Revenue Processing: Handle invoicing and collections specifically for recurring revenue streams, such as art storage accounts.
• Vendor Payables Support: Create and review approved, scanned vendor bills within NetSuite.
• Dispute Resolution: Research customer account discrepancies and past-due amounts in collaboration with the operations and finance teams.
• Audit & Reporting Assistance: Prepare documentation for external audits and organize, file, and retrieve accounts receivable materials.
• Period-End Support: Assist the Senior Accountant and CFO with month-end and year-end closing processes.
