Addison Group in Richfield, Minnesota is seeking an AR Specialist to join a fast-paced finance team. This 100% onsite role focuses on daily cash application, posting payments, and keeping customer accounts up to date in NetSuite.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor aging, and support month-end close. The ideal candidate has AR experience, familiarity with NetSuite, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior AR experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or another mid-to-large ERP (training possible).
• Process-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash application, payment posting, and account updates.
• Matching payments to invoices and investigating short-pays or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams when documentation is missing or needs cleanup.
• Monitor AR aging and support month-end close.
• Work directly in NetSuite to keep data accurate and consistent.
