Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or collections.
• Experience with invoicing, payment processing, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices.
• Monitor AR balances and payment activity.
• Follow up on past-due invoices.
• Process and apply customer payments.
• Reconcile AR transactions and balances.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records and posting accuracy.
• Assist with cash application and posting.
• Respond to customer questions on invoices.
