Job summary

Ledgent Finance is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 3-6 month contract in Minneapolis, MN. The role combines payment processing, order support, and account maintenance in a busy ERP transition. Hybrid arrangement after training, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AR, customer service, or order management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high volume customer interactions.
• Collaborative team player with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls regarding orders, invoices, and payments.
• Process credit card payments and account transactions.
• Research order status and coordinate with Customer Service.
• Release orders and maintain customer account information.
• Provide exceptional service and support high-priority accounts.
• Assist with AR and administrative tasks as needed.
