Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to provide temporary support to a small accounting team. The role focuses on hands-on, transactional accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment application, invoice adjustments, and weekly check runs in NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, or a combined AP/AR role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in recurring transactional accounting processes and on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Apply customer and vendor deposits and payments in NetSuite.
• Make invoice adjustments and manage upfront deposits.
• Support weekly check runs and ensure timely payments.
