You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor aging, and support month-end close. The ideal candidate has AR experience, familiarity with NetSuite, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Job Title: AR Specialist

Location: Richfield, Minnesota – 100% onsite role - Local Minnesota applicants only.

Pay Rate: $27.00 – $32.00 / Hourly

We’re partnering with a great team in Richfield that’s looking to bring on an AR Specialist who enjoys a mix of organization, problem solving, and staying on top of account activity. What you’ll be doing:

• Daily cash application, payment posting, and account updates
• Matching payments to invoices and digging into short-pays or unexpected discrepancies
• Partnering with internal teams when documentation is missing or something needs a quick clean-up
• Keeping a pulse on your AR aging and helping month-end close stay tight
• Working directly in NetSuite to keep data accurate and consistent
