Job summary

Addium, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Pullman, WA to manage billing, cash application, and AR reconciliations. You will coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collections.

This on-site role requires strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Stripe. Candidate should have 4+ years of AR experience, a high school diploma (or higher), and a passion for accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience.
• Strong working knowledge of AR, cash application, and subledger reconciliation.
• Excellent Excel and Google Workspace skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing operations across portals and emails; resolve exceptions.
• Reconcile AR subledger to GL monthly; resolve unapplied cash and variances.
• Serve as AR point of contact for customer inquiries; resolve disputes.
• Support month-end close, audits, and provide AR reporting.
