Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Payment Processing: Record and apply customer payments; resolve discrepancies.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and AR aging reports.
• Collections: Monitor overdue balances and follow up with customers.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate AR aging reports and support month-end close.
• Credits and Deductions: Process credit/deduction requests per policy.
