Qualifications

• 2+ years in AR, preferably within distribution, transportation, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of AR best practices and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate issue resolution.
• Generate AR-related financial reports and analytics.
• Identify process improvements to optimize AR workflows.
• Occasionally assist with credit assessments and customer onboarding.
