Responsibilities

• Manage AR and collection activity for assigned B2B accounts.
• Contact customers about past-due invoices and payment status.
• Research account discrepancies, short payments, credits, and deductions.
• Review customer accounts and assist with credit-related activities.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain AR records.
• Collaborate with branch and sales teams to resolve billing issues.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on delinquent balances.
• Process customer payments and credits; maintain documentation.
• Assist Shared Services with Accounts Payable as needed.
• Enter invoices and expenses and review supporting docs.
• Support vendor statements, payment research, and check runs.
