Job summary

Lamsco West, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Santa Clarita, California. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage a company’s incoming payments and ensure timely invoicing to maintain accurate financial records.

Your main duties will include applying cash receipts, following up with customers for payments, generating statements, and reconciling customer accounts. Strong communication skills and experience in AR/Collections are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and apply to open invoices.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment.
• Report open AR to management including past due customers and expected resolution.
• Generate customer statements.
• Invoice customers accurately.

Skills

Strong communication skills via email and telephone

Experience with AR/Collections, preferably in a B2B setting

Knowledge of Excel pivot tables and V-Lookup/X-Lookup
