Responsibilities

• Review contracts and reports for accurate data entry.
• Investigate held payments and coordinate record submissions.
• Perform month-end close tasks for A/R, ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage monthly billing adjustments and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and collect past-due balances while maintaining client relationships.
• Conduct monthly training for new staff on accounting functions.
• Support budgeting processes and process improvement initiatives.
