Raymond West is seeking an assertive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Reno, NV. This role focuses on building professional relationships with customers to resolve past due balances and minimize delinquencies.

You will work with the Billtrust platform to monitor receivables, process payments, and communicate credit risks. We value initiative, reliability, and accurate record keeping in a fast-paced warehouse solutions company.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by telephone or e-mail to determine the reason for past due payment.
• Work from Billtrust platform to reduce past due balances.
• Review the status of delinquent accounts and initiate collection actions.
• Record information about the financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
