Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. You will build professional relationships with customers to resolve past-due balances and support timely payment of invoices. The role includes online billing, data maintenance, and coordinating with departments to clear obstacles.

The position requires experience in AR processes, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries. We offer a supportive team and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable processes and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Input invoices into designated systems for online billing within 48 hours.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Communicate requirements to various departments to avoid payment obstacles.
• Maintain and update client billing databases and files.
• Handle 35–50 calls and emails per day.
• Respect the documented collection process with minimal supervision.
