Job summary

Raymond West Group in Reno, NV is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage online billing, resolve past-due balances, and communicate with customers. This role supports timely payments and requires strong communication, accuracy, and commitment to service.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls and emails, updating billing records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting invoices and financial documents.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails daily (35-50).

Responsibilities

• Input invoices into designated customer systems for online billing within 48 hours.
• Follow up with customers to ensure online billing requirements are met for timely payment.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve obstacles to payment.
• Maintain and update client billing databases and files.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
