Responsibilities

• Process cash receipts, customer payments, and daily invoicing.
• Monitor A/R aging and assist with collections.
• Maintain A/R, sales, and other business-related spreadsheets.
• Support month-end reporting and account balancing.
• Assist with customer credit inquiries and customer portals.
• Help with employee onboarding activities as needed.
• Provide backup support to the front desk and Accounts Payable.
