Responsibilities

• Apply cash collections to customer accounts and outstanding invoices.
• Fulfill customer requests for copies of invoices and statements.
• Follow-up with customers to resolve past due invoices.
• Initiate requests to Accounting Manager for orders released from credit hold.
• Solve AR issues; work with customers and sales managers to resolve invoicing/payment disputes.
• Complete Daily Cash File reconciliation.
