Kelvion Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations within our ERP system.

The role focuses on accurate processing and maintaining customer records to support cash flow objectives. Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Operations and Finance to resolve discrepancies, prepare AR reports, and assist with month-end close.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, collections and cash application.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Apply and reconcile customer payments, including unresolved cash.
• Monitor AR aging and perform collections on past-due accounts.
• Communicate with customers about balances, payments and discrepancies.
• Maintain customer account information in the ERP system.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to AR.
