Job summary

7Seventy Recruiting is seeking an AR and Revenue Specialist in the United States to support accounts receivable, customer billing, collections, and revenue accounting across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

You will work with subscription-based billing in SaaSOptics (Maxio), ensure GAAP compliance, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve contract discrepancies and billing questions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting procedures.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes related to accounting.
• Analytical and planning capabilities for discrepancy investigation and accurate record-keeping.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders for new and renewing customers using SaaSOptics (Maxio).
• Review contracts, verify terms, and process revenue and invoices.
• Coordinate verification with internal teams for accurate billing and revenue processing.
• Manage invoice distribution, billing communications, and dunning activities.
• Monitor AR aging and support collections through outreach and follow-ups.
• Support churn and contraction requests and maintain billing records.
• Assist with GAAP revenue recognition and month-end close activities.
• Prepare reconciliations and provide supporting documentation for audits.
