7Seventy is seeking an AR and Revenue Specialist to support accounts receivable, customer billing, collections, and revenue accounting across the order-to-cash lifecycle for our SaaS business. You will process sales orders in SaaSOptics, review contracts, manage invoices and dunning, and assist with GAAP-compliant revenue recognition and month-end close.

Collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of accounting or related professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze financial information, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.

Responsabilités

• Process AR, billing, collections, and revenue recognition across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Review contracts, process invoices, and manage customer billing and dunning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure accurate billing and revenue processing.
• Prepare reconciliations and assist monthly close activities for AR and revenue.
• Maintain complete customer, contract, and billing information across systems and controls.
